No more violence against women

The WAVE Network comprises women’s organisations combating violence against women and children in Europe. This includes over 190 members supported by WAVE, which work at the national level in 46 European countries. WAVE is the only European network focusing solely on the elimination of violence against women and children. In the “No More Violence Against Women” podcast, WAVE voices are amplified to shed light on the many forms and dimensions of violence against women and girls, the importance of prevention, key legislation such as the Istanbul Convention, and national developments across Europe. Through the expertise, efforts, and experiences of women’s specialist service providers, women’s human rights defenders and feminist activists, we explore challenges, progress, and the urgent need for action.
