Siegfried was rummaging through some old (very old) playlists and noticed that a few bands from back in the day have slipped into the triple-digit monthly listener range (or even lower!) on a not-to-be-named popular music streaming service. So the already finished playlist for today was abandoned like a neglected child in the IKEA bouncy ball room and replaced with tracks from bands currently enjoying similarly modest numbers.
Will being featured on the show give these bands’ already modest numbers the final death blow? Only time will tell.
