sounds of movement

the hills are alive with... movement, crisis and commoning

In this 4pm wednesday hour (the first of every month), we will be looking at social movements and practices of commoning and struggling for other worlds, while analysing the current context of multiple crises (social, economic, reproductive, ecological, representational, etc). What does movement sound like? Sometimes it's damn loud, sometimes veeery subtle and silent. We wanna learn different ways of listening. The point here is to discover new and inspiring political practices, share tools and discuss experiences and strategies - quite humbly and with bits of funky music! The sounds of movement are brought to you through voices of people working on other forms of economy, democracy, conviviality, social relations... We combine reports from movements with analysis of economic and political dynamics (capitalist crisis, debt, basic income, social rights, ...), looking across Europe but also beyond. You may hear english, spanish, german, french, swahili, danish...
