TOOTS & THE MAYTALS - True Love
This is one wicked, wicked release! All the classics Toots is known for here rerecorded in a combination-style. Can't say enough good things about this one, so do yourself a favor: rush out and buy this crucial release! Features Bunny Wailer, Willie Nelson, Eric Clapton, Bootsy Collins, Marcia Griffiths, Jeff Beck plus many, many moore.

TWILIGHT CIRCUS DUB SOUND SYSTEM - Foundation Rockers
Ryan Morte is a young dub artist, and his solo-project "Twilight Circus Dub Sound System" has released 10 recordings since 1995. On this newest, he teams up with jamaican legends like Big Youth, Luciano and Michael Rose. If you like King Tubby's stuff, you gonna love this one for sure... essential release!

CONGREGATION - Congregation
Here's a debut-release from another new US-based Reggae band called Congregation, and they give you nothing but pure, solid and honest Roots-Reggae with just a little twist of Dancehall and R&B here and there. Truly a very impressive debut, and you'll hear it first here on Ackee & Saltfish.

Ready for this edition's surprise? Here's an album featuring various artists, all produced by Sam Gilly in his "House of Riddim"-Studio. Wicked riddims, strong melodies, superb production work - you'd never believe that this album was produced in Austria... highly recommended!

Two new releases, featuring some of Jamaica's top-notch musicians from the Ska- and Rocksteady-aera like Johnny Moore, Justin Hinds, Skully Simms, Cedric Brooks, Lloyd Knibb, Lloyd Brevett and Lester Sterling. This is Ska & Rocksteady at their best!
