Curate the music program of ORANGE 94.0 on 31 December until the early hours of the New Year. We are looking for concepts that reflect current trends in music, from pop to DIY to avant-garde productions, while taking into account radio listening habits and the program structure of ORANGE 94.0.

ORANGE 94.0, your Free Community Radio turns 27! On Thursday, August 28, 2025 we celebrate with rough-and-smooth sounds for hot summer days. Starting at 5pm, the street turns into a festival ground – with fresh drinks, delicious cakes, games, discussions, concerts, and even a garden hose for cooling off and summer fun on the asphalt. Come hang out and enjoy!

migrazine is an online magazine by migrants for everyone. It is multilingual and brings critical migrant voices into the media public without clichés. Published by maiz (Autonomous Center by and for Migrant Women) in Linz.
Voice of Mendy/ ORANGE 94.0 is a Radio ORANGE 94.0 show aimed at amplifying the voice of Sudan, particularly of a generation born and raised in Austria, some of whom form the core of the program.
VORLAUT is a feminist collective for young online journalism. Their focus is on issues of social justice, such as right-wing extremism and racism, feminism and gender equality, and climate justice.
TJ Tall makes Soca and Dancehall music that breaks with norms and frees waistlines – spiritually and unapologetically. Their music is liberation in action: breaking the chains of heteronormativity and respectability, embracing love, community, and freedom.
XING’s stylistic spectrum ranges from melancholic melodies and hip-hop elements to influences from R&B and a generous dose of soul. Their soundscape is full of captivating beats and intimate lyrics with socially critical substance.

Queerness is identity — it’s diverse, it’s complex, and it can be a way of living that challenges the norms and expectations of our society. Join the celebration! For five weeks, from May 16 to June 22, 2025, the Free Radio of the Republic will be broadcasting live on ORANGE 94.0. Directly from the festival headquarters at Funkhaus, we will take over the airwaves, bringing events and discussions from the House of the Republic and across Vienna on air. Expect a diverse program: Conversations with artists and activists, fascinating segments from the Revolutionary Love series, weekly recaps of the Caravan of LUV, workshop productions from Funkhaus, and regular updates on the Free Republic presented by Milo Rau. Live on ORANGE 94.0 and available online after the broadcast. Tune in, think along, feel along!
